What does "billed per email sent" mean?
Your price is set by how many emails you send each month, not by how many contacts you store. Contacts are unlimited on every plan, so unsubscribed and inactive contacts never raise your bill.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, for Shopify stores. The free Shopify app includes unlimited contacts and up to 1,000,000 emails a month. If you're not on Shopify, you get a 7-day free trial with every feature.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing is 20% less than paying monthly. At 15,000 emails a month that is $624 a year instead of $780.
What if I send more than 1.5 million emails a month?
Volumes above 1,500,000 emails a month get custom pricing. Contact our sales team at sales@tinyemail.com.
Are there add-ons or extra costs?
Two optional add-ons: Identity Resolution, paid with pay-as-you-grow credits, and List Cleaning. The tinyEmail MCP Server is available to Enterprise customers.
