The role
tinyEmail sends 100M+ emails a day for 3,000+ businesses, and for many of the next ones, you will be the first conversation they have with us.
You will research and reach out to growing Shopify brands, publishers and small businesses, qualify inbound trials and demo requests, and book meetings for our Account Executives. The pitch is easy to believe: free on Shopify, priced per email instead of per contact, and 24/7 support.
- Outbound and inbound
- Shopify brands, publishers, SMBs
- Email, LinkedIn and phone
- Qualification
- Pipeline for AEs
What you'll do
- Research target accounts and the people who run their email marketing.
- Write outreach that sounds like a person, not a sequence: short, specific and about their business.
- Qualify inbound trials and demo requests quickly, so good leads never wait.
- Book qualified meetings for our Account Executives, with notes they can actually use.
- Learn the product well enough to answer the first questions yourself: pricing, migration and deliverability.
How we work
We sell the way we build: simply. No spray-and-pray volume and no pressure tactics. A good conversation beats ten ignored emails.
We are a distributed team, so we write things down and share what works. You will work closely with our Account Executives and the growth team.

Requirements
- 1+ year in an SDR or BDR role, or a strong customer-facing role and the drive to start in sales.
- Clear, natural writing. Your emails get replies because they read well.
- Curious about ecommerce, publishing and email marketing.
- Organised and comfortable with a CRM and outreach tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools in your daily work.
Nice to have
Experience in the Shopify ecosystem or with an email marketing platform; a working grasp of what makes an email land in the inbox; ambition to grow into a closing role.
What this is not
- Not spray-and-pray volume.
- Not a script-reading job.
- Not working in isolation: you sit with the AEs.
- Not a role where good leads wait days for a reply.
